This makes me so happy I stopped using after effects and went to 3d. This is so much work in AE and like 3 nodes in 3d

So stoked to finally share my new PLUGIN for After Effects: Wave The Path. Waveforms along paths, zero setup. Pick one path to generate the waveform, and use a second path to control where and how the waveform appears. What really surprised me is how responsive it is. GPU accelerated, blazing fast, instant feedback. It’s honestly super fun to use. Alright, a few examples 👇👇👇 (the waveform rotation feature is a treat)

Speech Carries Its Own Hidden Geometry in Phase Space Speech is usually shown as a waveform of amplitude changing in time. Phase-space reconstruction gives a different view by pairing the signal with a delayed version of itself, so the voice is seen as a path rather than just a trace. On the left is the raw sound signal. On the right is the geometric structure formed by rhythm, syllables, and emphasis as the voice unfolds. * Real human speech data from the public GitHub repository voxserv/audio_quality_testing_samples, using the 16 kHz file test01_20s.wav.
