Based on the video, Waymo's robotaxi appears to fail to fully yield to the pedestrian in the crosswalk, potentially violating California Vehicle Code 21950, which requires drivers to yield right-of-way. Reports from Washington Post and others confirm similar Waymo incidents. However, under current CA law, AVs can't receive moving violation tickets until 2026. Tesla FSD handled it better here.
