The GP service in Scotland is in terminal decline along with many of its neglected Patients. 1 1/2 hours of phoning to be told all appointments taken! It is a damned disgrace Swinney, you play with people’s lives with no conscience. Both should resign! @ScotGovFM @neilcgray
