Yes. AI must work for ALL OF US and the only way to accomplish that is fully universal provision. We need universal basic income and healthcare to fully decouple our survival from jobs, and distribute productivity growth with all.

The logic of the last sentence doesn't follow from the first two sentences. A moratorium on new AI data centers means AI works for none of us, not all of us.

If government wants to slow it down and impede it, the Chinese or Russians or Indians or Saudis or even an inconsequential third world country will fully adopt it and pull away economically and militarily in a very short time period!
