Our international activities for February are planned by the day. There will be more negotiations, meetings, and new agreements for Ukraine, which will strengthen our warriors. We are also currently working with a few countries on new security commitments, and the agreements we are preparing have the potential to be quite ambitious and substantive. I am grateful to the diplomatic teams involved in this work. We must show results in the coming months in developing the architecture of security agreements that will send positive signals throughout the year. Today, after a Russian bomb strike, part of Kharkiv was left without power, halting the metro and electric transport. Regrettably, twelve people were injured, and one person was killed. Kharkiv suffers daily from Russian terror. Russian combat aviation must be destroyed wherever it is found, using all effective means. Striking Russian airfields is also entirely justified. We need a joint security decision with our partners. The recent authorization of strikes on Russian territory near the border allowed us to destroy part of Russia's terrorist potential. But only part. We must fully protect people and lives from Russian terror. We need more long-range capabilities and appropriate weapons for Ukrainians. We are working on this with our partners, doing everything to expedite this decision. The coming weeks must be as productive for Ukraine as recent ones.
