If you still have that letter from prison submitted by Gen #Mkhwanazi to #Adhoc , read the part where Jermaine Prim alleges that #IDAC had been visiting prison several times to negotiate and promise Matlala a #plea deal. ‼️This week IDAC itself confirmed that it has been in discussions with Matlala "for a long time."
