Is customer really a king or a slave? Heard my colleagues speak about the long queues at stores to buy iPhone15. Some people even traveled from Gujarat to Mumbai and stayed in a queue for some 17 hours to grab an iPhone. In Delhi, a fight broke out at an iPhone store leading to blows from both sides.
