During that time, President #Kagame has been the country’s president for 31 years, yet he is now asking why Rwanda is not developing like other countries. However, there are some reasons that explain this: 1. It is true that President Kagame exploits and impoverishes his citizens, as Charles #Murigande once said. 2.
