Not currently but I'd like to expand the panel options down the road. However, you can currently view two pings with two people simultaneously. You can have one open in the big view, and one open in the sidebar view.

We were recently down in Atlanta and got a chance to visit with a customer of ours, King of Pops (King of Pops) They've made a huge name for themselves in ATL serving fun & popsicles all over the city. And it was such a treat to find out their whole business runs on Basecamp! Their suppliers, photographers, designers, individual carts, and even yoga instructors are all working together in Basecamp. While we were down there we shot a video with them. And here it is: This is King of Pops, and how they use Basecamp to make it all come together.

A really lovely GRID VIEW is coming to Basecamp 5 shortly. We had a grid view in 4, but it wasn't any good and I didn't want to drag it into 5. Had we done that, we'd have called it done and never revisited. By intentionally leaving it out, we allowed pressure to build to bring it back. And with no legacy to battle or revamp, we were able to return to the drawing board and make something so much better, from scratch. Coming to a Basecamp near you. Soon.

There have been calls for a replica mosque and anti-Muslim signage placed on a loyalist bonfire in Co Tyrone to be removed. I first saw Campfire in action in Daniel Vassallo's Small Bets community, and it immediately felt like what a chat app should be - you own the data, no per-seat pricing, and fully customizable. Now it's free and open source. I made a short video showing how to get it running on a $12 DigitalOcean droplet. Thanks DHH and Jason Fried for putting it back out into the world! PSNI moved in at the 11th hour. From the comments online Protestants and Catholics were united in their approval of the bonfire (never thought I’d see the day) - this is not acceptable when the goal is division. There has been numerous instances of controversy over the years with what was place on the bonfire but it was never to my mind dismantled - of course not - the goal here was always to fuel division……..people are easier to control and political parties are built on it.

Based on lots of beta feedback, the most requested missing feature of TanStack Table has been Cell Selection and Keyboard Navigation. And now, an official cellSelectionFeature has been added to V9! I originally started out thinking that we could just build an official example, showing you how to implement this stuff yourself, but then after I built it, I thought that it should at least be an official plugin. And then after just a couple hours more of refinement, I just ended up adding it as a stock feature. 😂 There are a couple reasons why this is now a new built-in stock feature: 1. In V9, all features are opt-in, so this doesn't bloat the js bundle for anyone not using it. 2. The keyboard navigation part of this feature is actually not a part of this TanStack Table feature... because that gets handled by TanStack Hotkeys! More on that down below 👇

I built my first native Mac app! It's called Coverage. It connects with whatever you're playing on Spotify and makes effects play on the album cover. This effect is called Sheet. And when I say I, you know of course that I mean Astra and I. I don't know how to make Mac apps. That doesn't matter anymore. I'll make a demo video soon about how it works and how I prompted Astra. But I can't now because I'm on a plane, and that would be weird for my seat mates. So I just asked Codex to add a new feature to Coverage. I had it make a video capturing how rad it looks.
