"As the President, I have often found myself both praised and sometimes criticized and in the same newspaper in different days. One day, I read in the headline: "Tinubu Scores Big As Nigeria Economy Expands." The very next day, the same newspaper on another page, I encountered another headline: "Nigeria's Economy Falters As Tinubu Loses Grip." "I didn't know Segun Adeniyi would be here tonight. His last back page on security, I read everything. I still have a copy on my desk. Very rich outline. Thank you very much for keeping us very well. I read it all. "One person that is not here that I read recently on the back page of the Guardian was Lanre Babalola. He was talking on Shiroro Dam. No electricity, you are alternating generators and all of that. We will be there. You can't blow hot and cold within 24 hours. "However, you can be rest assured that our economy is doing well. We are out of the dark tunnel of uncertainty...I have learned to respect the scrutiny and questions, even as I ask the media to always do its own work. You must do your homework."

One of the things I have always advocated is proper and effective communication between the government and its citizens. An information starved nation is a nation on the edge of failure and crisis. This step of reassurance by this administration is commendable. I am sure those who are truly concerned about the restoration and development of Nigeria know they have not elected a miracle worker or wand bearer (magician), but their understanding must be met with constant reassurance and the political of the government to do things right. Government officials and public office holders should delay their gratification until Nigerians are truly breathing. While I appreciate the steps being taken so far, we will not relent to keep making demands and criticise government policies for a better and more prosperous country. I am a firm supporter of ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU GCFR, and I will also be his biggest critic until Nigeria gets it right. I am hopeful. I LOVE NIGERIA. SEYILAW.
