@Taimur_Laal Sir I dont think the plan is to dissolve provinces.The plan is to "divide" provinces like for e.g North&South Sindh. So provinces keep their ethnic identity but is divided into seperate administrative units for better governance.

There should be more provinces. We are tired of giving funds to Lahore and raiwind. None of our cities or rural areas in Punjab travelable in any rainy day. They have shutdown 1000s of Govt schools, no big hospitals outside Lahore.

I don't think the plan is to dissolve provinces it is to divide central provincial power into multiple governing bodies. People in same provinces speak different dialects of same language, have different cuisines and different rituals. So the creation of multiple administrative bodies might actually give people better representation.

We need more provinces

Divisions should be the unit. But more important pay attention to equal civil rights as Jinnah رحمت الله عليه advised in his speech. It should be secular governance.

Representation from the grassroots is needed. A strong local body structure, with a working budget with reps we know and who are accesible. New provinces is just new fiefdoms, will lead to squabbles over common resources.

Don't you think there is a problem in the Federal Structure of Pakistan. It establishes the Hegemony of Punjab. The current federal structure provides zero incentives to Baluchistan. Plus, there are lots of different ethnicitis like, Pathan, Baloch and Bravi in Baluchistan.
