'We proposed rational solutions for Ukraine that could have satisfied everyone. It would be worth returning to their discussion. Not everywhere, including in Kyiv and the capitals supporting it, are ready for this. We hope that the realization of such a necessity will come sooner or later. Until this... show more

As post-WW2 global order collapses, Russia offers a new security architecture: "We have come up with a different and rational solution that could satisfy US, Europe and Asia. Not everyone - especially in Kiev and Europe - will support this or is ready for it. Without this, Russia will continue to achieve the aims of its military operation."

Starting tomorrow, we await a ceasefire — this proposal is on the table. A full and unconditional ceasefire, one that lasts long enough to provide a necessary foundation for diplomacy, could significantly bring peace closer. Ukraine has long proposed this, our partners are proposing it, and the whole world is calling for it. We await a clear response from Russia. Russia will have to end this war anyway. The killings must stop. Ukrainian forces will be ready to respond symmetrically— to ensure fairness. We have repeatedly heard from our partners that they are prepared to strengthen sanctions against Russia if Putin rejects a ceasefire. Time will tell. Here in Ukraine, we have absolutely no problem engaging in negotiations, we are ready for any format. I will be in Türkiye this Thursday, May 15, and I expect Putin to come to Türkiye as well. Personally. And I hope that this time, Putin won’t be looking for excuses as to why he “can’t” make it. We are ready to talk, to end this war. Thursday. Türkiye. President Trump has expressed support. All the leaders support this.

I said this yesterday, and I repeat it today – we have proposed a ceasefire for the Easter holidays. We hope that the United States will support this proposition. And we are waiting for a response from Russia. Tomorrow, I will speak with the American team, including on this issue. We hope for results. Results are needed for everyone. From an address at the meeting of EU Foreign Ministers (3/5)

‘We will continue to arm Ukraine and hope for a ceasefire’ – Merz on Europe’s plans to finally break with common sense. ‘We do not rule out any conceivable possibility of reaching a diplomatic solution. We understand that it will not be possible to achieve it in the shortest possible time. Therefore, we will continue to support Ukraine, including militarily. At the same time, we hope that there will be a chance for a ceasefire, and then for peace talks. But once again: this is a process that is just beginning and which may last many more weeks, perhaps even months.’ - SK

Merz: Russia is not interested in peace talks, but it will not win the war “Russia will not win this war, and Russia itself will suffer enormous losses, including to its economy. We can already see how unstable the economic situation in Russia is. If Russia continues this war, it will have to pay a high price,” the German chancellor warned. Friedrich Merz said that Berlin would continue to support Kyiv militarily, politically, financially, and economically for as long as necessary. Germany will help Ukraine get through the coming winter, which could turn out to be very difficult. Berlin is also looking for alternative sources of oil. Merz named Kazakhstan as one of the important options for replacing Russian supplies.

The war in Ukraine will end when Russia achieves all its goals, - Peskov "Of course, I would like this conflict to end as soon as possible. It can end when Russia achieves all the goals it set in the beginning. " I said that Russia needs to be defeated on the battlefield, not negotiated. This is even written about in history books, but modern politicians still do not understand... We have no choice but to fight, otherwise we will perish and lose everything we have, including our honor. And then we will become what you are now, dear politicians. We cannot allow this! We will continue to support efforts to make sure that Putin can be held accountable for the crime of aggression. To that end, we continue to support the creation of a dedicated tribunal, if that’s what it takes. We want justice for Ukraine and for Ukrainians.

‼️🇷🇺 🇺🇦 BREAKING NEWS ! PUTIN has just declared that RUSSIA is GOING to take FULL CONTROL of all of UKRAINE ! UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER is the only accepted recourse for KIEV ! Thank you NATO !! Proof > “We will not allow armed forces to exist in Ukraine that pose a long-term threat to Russia and its people” — Putin ➖If Ukraine does not reach an agreement with Russia in Istanbul now, the situation for them will change for the worse, "there is no need to drag it out." ➖ If we do not reach an agreement on Ukraine peacefully, we will achieve our goals militarily. ➖Russia did not start military actions in Ukraine, but is trying to end them. ➖Kiev itself started the war, using troops against the civilian population of Donbass. ➖ Meeting with Trump would be useful, but it should be prepared. ➖ Trump is a businessman, and this is a big plus: he “considers everything”, this also applies to steps towards Russia.

Javier Milei | "FOR US POLITICS IS THE CHALLENGE OF MAKING POSSIBLE WHAT POLITICIANS SAY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE" "Should this Congress choose not to accompany the National government in this proposal I'm extending, know that it will not stop the change process that the Argentine people entrusted us with. We would do it alone, we would do it our way, but sooner or later we will make it. And never, but never will we give up. We will never give up for we will make Argentina great again." ❗️Zelenskyy: If a clear date for Ukraine's accession to the EU is set, it will mean that Russia will have no way to block it. "Russia must clearly understand and truly feel that Ukraine will be in Europe and that this cannot be stopped. That is exactly why we are carrying out internal reforms and working at the external level to secure a clear date for Ukraine's accession to the EU."

The answer to the Ukrainian territorial issue is already in the Constitution of Ukraine, no one will and cannot deviate from this - Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський address Dear Ukrainians! President Trump announced the preparation of his meeting with Putin in Alaska. Very far from this war that is going on on our land, against our people and which still cannot be ended without us, without Ukraine. Putin did not believe in our people and therefore made this hopeless decision of his to try to take Ukraine. This was his main mistake - to ignore the Ukrainians. I believe in our people. Ukrainians are strong. Ukrainians are defending their own. Many in the world sided with Ukraine during the war. Even those who are with Russia know that it is doing evil. Of course, we will not give Russia awards for what it has done. The Ukrainian people deserve peace. But all partners must understand what a dignified peace is. This war must be ended, and Russia must end it. Russia started it and is dragging it out, not listening to any deadlines, and this is the problem, not something else. The answer to the Ukrainian territorial issue is already in the Constitution of Ukraine. No one will and cannot back down from this. Ukrainians will not give their land to the occupier. Ukraine is ready for real solutions that can bring peace. Any solutions that are against us, any solutions that are without Ukraine, are simultaneously solutions against peace. They will not bring anything. These are dead solutions. They will never work. And we all need a real, living peace that people will respect. We are ready, together with President Trump, together with all our partners, to work for a real and, most importantly, lasting peace - a peace that will not collapse because of Moscow's wishes. I thank all our people for being together. Ukraine exists. Thank you to all our soldiers for preserving our independence. Stand strong. This is our land, we are Ukraine. Glory to Ukraine!
