BREAKING: Orange County tech CEO’s $35 million mansion raided by the FBI as he is arrested for selling US technology to the Iranian military. Jamshid Ghomi, a dual citizen of the United States and Iran, was charged with conspiracy to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Ghomi has been accused of selling computer hardware to the Iranian military for use in military and nuclear programs. Investigators say Ghomi created elaborate schemes to hide the millions of dollars he's made from these transactions. Ghomi allegedly used his Tehrna-based computer networking company, Faraz Pardaz Rayaneh, to acquire US networking components for Iranian customers, which violates US sanctions. Ghomi is also accused of allegedly making $10 million annually in sales from his firm and only reporting $20,000 maximun in income to the IRS. Bill Essayli, LA’s top prosecutor, said, “Ghomi is accused of aiding our declared enemies by selling US-origin computer networking parts to Iran and earning millions of dollars in violation of US sanction laws… We will hold him accountable by seeking an appropriate prison sentence and by seizing his assets, including his $35 million Newport Beach mansion.” Federal authorities are also investigating Ghomi for money laundering, tax evasion, and other crimes.

John Fetterman Is a Great Example of the Type of Politician we need more of. I'm not talking about his politics. I understand that we all have opinions on various issues and vote for those who we feel will implement the best policies. But... I'm sick and tired of politicians who refuse to show any weakness, as if they are some sort of perfect robot. The willingness to admit you aren't perfect, face your demons and come out stronger because of it, is a trait we need more of from our role models. We don't need narcissists as role models or leading our nation. Whether it's blaming everyone but yourself for the mistakes you make, or refusing to correct a statement and admit that you were wrong, the mentality that one is perfect is not something that I think should appeal to any voter. Thank you John Fetterman for speaking truth and not being afraid to show a weakness. Admitting Weakness makes one stronger.

Village in the Clouds by Lucas Cavalcanti 3D, is a personal, game-ready environment project based on the artwork of 简繁, created to improve his understanding of large-scale environments in Unreal Engine 5. The scene was crafted from scratch, including props, vegetation, textures, VFX, landscape and buildings. In addition to this, the main character was created in VRoid Studio, the modeling and texturing of the Yak was done by 3D Artist Guilherme Miles and the art direction was handled by Concept Artist Dan Vitoria. "I built this project from scratch, using mostly information freely available on the internet. Planning and persistence were crucial to achieving this result. When we rescued Kapei, a drought victim from Rombo, near Tsavo West, we knew there was a host of older elephants waiting to be his surrogate mum. And we were instantly proved right. He was adopted – not just by the Keepers, but by the entire herd as Murera, Sonje, and Quanza all argued over who got to be his mum. What we didn't count on was the retinue of wild-born babies that would be born soon after his arrival, giving him lots of little brothers and sisters to play with! Lenny, Sulwe, Zigi and Mwana are spirited little playmates, rounding out his adoptive family and providing lots of opportunities to learn how to interact with other elephants. As he grows older, Kapei will peel away from his female-led herd and join bachelor groups of boys in the wild, who are usually mentored by older bulls. For now though, he's the darling baby of our dependent herd, and a much-loved older 'brother' to the wild-born babies. Meet Kapei:

We are concluding the ninth day of Operation 'Rising Lion,' during which we expanded our achievements in the campaign against the Iranian regime across all domains. About a month ago, our forces in the Gaza Strip conducted a search in the European Hospital — the same location where we located and eliminated Mohammad Sinwar, the mastermind of October 7th, along with other senior Hamas operatives. The underground complex built beneath the hospital served as a shelter for Hamas’s senior leadership. Unique intelligence was found during the search, including correspondence between Mohammad Sinwar and Saeed Izadi, clearly proving the direct connection between the IRGC and Hamas. Izadi and Sinwar were engaged in the financing, rebuilding, and rearming of Hamas against Israel. We cut that connection and disrupted the arms transfer. Another significant elimination was Behnam Shahriyari, responsible for transferring weapons from the Iranian regime to Hezbollah and other proxies across the Middle East. These two targeted eliminations are part of the continued effort to dismantle Iran’s network of proxies, a central pillar of its campaign to destroy the State of Israel. Today we struck western Iran using dozens of fighter jets and precise intelligence. We targeted military radar detection systems and air defense batteries as part of a broader effort to achieve aerial superiority throughout Iranian airspace. This air superiority has enabled us to strike missile command centers, UAV infrastructure, and to destroy military storage facilities and launch tunnels for rockets and missiles — as well as close the loop on launchers that had fired at Israeli territory. This morning, alerts were triggered in several areas following the infiltration of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) launched from Iran. No injuries were reported. Over the past week, over 1,000 UAVs were launched from Iran toward Israel. Only a small number penetrated Israeli airspace. Helicopters, fighter jets, naval vessels, and aerial defense systems continuously surround the State of Israel, working in coordination to intercept and prevent these intrusions. We are concluding the ninth day of Operation 'Rising Lion,' during which we expanded our achievements in the campaign against the Iranian regime across all domains.
