Peeps overworked, I wonder if AI could/would have kept better track of multiple events. ATC told the truck to go, then were telling the truck stop, from what I could see, the truck & plane were going in same direction, so truck driver maybe couldn't hear ATC nor see the plane.

Air Traffic Controller is a high stress job that simply isn’t suited for everyone as any error could cost people their lives.

Maybe an addition to the dashboard of the rescue truck that shows red or green with the appropriate message for hold,proceed etc. This would duplicate and enforce the message when unclear from the tower as it's a demanding environment.
