I strongly condemn the brutal and unjustified lathi charge on our Hindu brothers who were peacefully protesting at the sacred Matha Muthyallamma Temple in Secunderabad. It is deeply disturbing that when our religious sentiments are attacked and idols desecrated, we are not even allowed to raise our voices in a peaceful manner. The real question is: who ordered this lathi charge? Those responsible for desecrating the temple should be facing action, not the devotees who seek justice. Why is it that Hindus are always taken for granted? This is a clear example of the Congress party's appeasement politics, where the concerns of the majority are consistently ignored. We demand accountability and justice for this attack on our faith, and we will not be silenced.

I am all for peaceful protests against anything and everything. But violent protests and stopping others who want to work from working is not okay (proof attached). Just two months ago, we were on the verge of letting go of a customer that we had been serving for more than two years. The prices were super competitive as they were procuring these springs from China. According to our cost calculations, we would have to sell them these springs at our breakeven price point. We would not be making any profit from their orders. The volumes were huge and we decided to take up the challenge. In manufacturing, one of the very important metric that your product cost depends on is cycle time. The speed at which we are able to process that part within the desired tolerance. Higher the speed at which you can manufacture, lower the cost of making that component. We could only manage 150 pcs/minute on our imported machines. At this speed, it was unviable for us. It would only make sense for us to continue if we were somehow able to manufacture this spring at a minimum of 200 pcs/minute. We were far apart and it seemed we wouldn’t be able to reach that goal. We were on the verge of giving up after two years of persistent effort in increasing our speed. Today, we manufactured that same spring on the CNC machines that we built in-house at a whopping 220 pcs/minute! We went from almost letting go off that customer to now asking that very same customer to increase our order volumes! First video is our imported machine at 150 pcs/minute. The second video is our in-house machine at 220 pcs/minute.

The Charlie Kirk Vigil at Boston Common last night brought together so many patriots, united in prayer, strength, and determination for change. Thank you to every single person who showed up. You reminded us that we are not alone. One of the most inspiring parts of the night was hearing from the young speakers who talked about the impact Charlie had on their lives and why they feel called to get involved. Their words were powerful and showed that the next generation is ready to carry this mission forward. But this is just the beginning. We need to take that same energy back to our towns, our schools, and our communities. Get involved, speak up, and be part of the movement for a better Massachusetts. This is exactly what Charlie would have wanted. Not just a moment of mourning, but a spark that ignites real action. Together, we can honor his legacy by standing up for our values and shaping the future of our state.

Serious question, but how did processed foods take over? How were we all this stupid? We let giant corporations convince us what our ancestors have been eating for centuries was bad for us. That natural foods were causing ALL our health problems. Now we have brand new illnesses!!
