Speed yes. Not sure what you mean by weight distribution but if you mean like the detail system in AC4A then no. If you mean weight in general, yes there's 3 weight classes with different animations.

They do affect stats. Its fairly flexible, as in most combinations work fine. We're still working to improve how stats affect parts as well.
