Very proud today to present my Ten Minute Rule Bill: Interpersonal abuse and violence against men and boys (strategy). This strategy is desperately needed as male survivors of domestic abuse, rape, sexual assault, digital image abuse, honour-based violence and forced marriage are currently an afterthought, incredibly, included within the Violence Against Women and Girls strategy. We urgently need a dedicated strategy for men and boys, and in lieu of a new position statement from the Government, legislates for Jess Phillips to ensure that alongside the forthcoming new Violence Against Women and Girls strategy a separate strategy for men and boys is finally introduced. My thanks to We Are Survivors., @MBCoalition and ManKind Initiative for their advocating for such a step.

AIDAN KEARNEY ADMITS HE WAS GIVEN NON PUBLIC DISCOVERY TO HARASS AND LEAK Last night, in what can only be described as yet again another beyond stupid and ill advised choice, Aidan Kearney admitted he was given non public discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. In this case, it was a text between Julie Albert and John O'Keefe from 2021 that Karen Read had obtained in discovery from John O'Keefe's cell phone extraction. Kearney went on to use that text to taunt Julie Albert by alluding to what the text said. Later, as he states in the video below, he leaked the contents verbatim. Kearney obtained the non public discovery through his relationship with defendant Karen Read and her legal team, further solidifying the defamation allegations that Read was funneling non public discovery to Kearney. Oopsie!! That's a debilitating to blow to both his and Read's defense in the civil case. It also will not play well for Kearney's existing and/or future criminal charges as it is an admission Read conspired to provide Kearney with embarrassing non public discovery in a murder case for the purposes of harassment of witnesses and their families. Ouch!! Keep talking, my man. Every day you make it easier and easier to convict you.

FICTION: Kearney claims the O'Keefes tried to send him to jail over hurt feelings. TRUTH: For months starting in May of 2023, Kearney regularly attacked the O'Keefes on his live show and in articles at the behest of Karen Read. Karen had told Kearney "John's family sucks" and "we don't sit with stupid", green lighting the attacks on them. Repeatedly he called Peggie O'Keefe a c#nt, John's friends and family "maggots" who should "burn in hell", and refused to take down leaked autopsy photos of John when Paul asked because they were upsetting to John's niece and nephew who John had been raising. Those who loved John were forced to walk through a hostile mob of Read and Kearney followers when they would attend pretrial hearings in John's case. Through actions entirely of his own accord, Kearney was the subject of a restraining order in 2024. The O'Keefes and friends attended a hearing early that year. With them was Lindsey Gaetani who was the person who had pursued the restraining order. Kearney was forced to leave the hearing or face the consequences of violating the order. It was entirely on Kearney and his own actions whether or not he 1. violated the order and 2. whether or not those actions would send him to jail yet again. Recently we got a conviction against Desmond Thurston for the 2023 murder of Patricia Johnson. Her murder took place three days after Johnson got a Temporary Protection Order against Thurston. Domestic violence cases like this highlight how important it is to get resources to victims quickly, which is why I started my office’s VIPER program, so we can proactively protect women to prevent cases like this from ever occurring.

It’s time for another stop along the bunnies’ journey of valid truths and freedom. Tonight we are going to learn just how easily Jess lies in order to push the narrative that she needs at that moment. Yesterday Jess was talking about how upset she is that Aidan was talking about her kids and because of that she has decided to retreat from her battle with him. Then in an effort to bolster the idea that Aidan is attacking her kids she brings up Meredith, Leigha Genduso, Karen Read, and his ex-wife and how Aidan “hurt them and their families” and she “doesn’t want him to do to her family what he did to their families”. But here’s the thing - Aidan never went after the families of Meredith, Leigha Genduso, Karen Read, or his ex-wife. I have no clue what Meredith’s parents’ names are or if she has siblings. I have no clue if Leigha has kids or siblings. I have no clue what family members his ex-wife has or who they are. And he has never said a single negative word about any of Karen’s family members. And Jess knows all of that so why would she so blatantly lie like that? She said that so now when anyone asks her why she isn’t going at Aidan she can look at them with a sad and concerned look on her face and say “I want to so badly and I have information that could destroy him but I’m not doing it because I have to protect my children.” And then she can get praised for being the strong and noble mama bear that she is. That’s a way better sounding excuse than her admitting that she doesn’t actually possess any information that could hurt him and knows that she doesn’t stand a chance in an online civil war with him. Also, I’d like for everyone to take note of the fact that Aidan has only ever talked about Jess’ family shit that she herself has already talked about publicly. He has never mentioned anything that Jess told him in private about her family but yesterday Jess posted a comment on here saying that Aidan’s daughter didn’t want to spend Father’s Day with him. We have no idea if Aidan ever actually told her that or not but either way that was a super fucked up thing to do and an extra twist of irony in her crusade to be the victim-iest victim to ever victim.
