(jaehee's holiday stories with his older brothers) 🌳and! after a few days... i went to watch baseball game😅 so i went to watch baseball game and... uhm... i even went with wearing sunglasses and mask. but... so i went with my older brothers, we three brothers went. and we had a bit of strategy. we went to blue zone right. so instead, we decided to go to blue zone so we won't stand out, blending into the crowd to watch the game and leave quickly. we opened the chicken and were eating it then stood up to do cheering during the cheering time, and that was the moment we got caught on camera during the live stream. ah behind us! there were some super cute kids behind us, holding some slogans. so... i think that's why we got caught on camera... during the live stream. 🌳that was what happened... 🌳we somehow ended up getting caught on camera there so...😆 and! after getting caught on camera, that i got caught on camera... about the one i got caught on camera, in groupchat, suddenly... so i was enjoying the baseball game but i suddenly got a message from our manager hyungs, asking "is this you? the one who got caught on camera during the live stream". so they asked "is this you?" and i went "oh...?! yes!..." like this😂😅 so we watched until like the 6th or 7th inning and left. ah... truly... that was what happened😆 player Diaz hit a home run at the very beginning and that made me feel a huge dopamine rush so i had so much fun. it's been years since i went Lions Park to watch the game and it was fun🙂‍↕️ the energy was good, like... i think baseball fans are all truly very awesome. them being able to get so hyped cheering and enjoying it... the same goes to czennie, and i also... was next to them so i cheered my heart out😊 🌳i don't know much about baseball cheerings but being there made me just ended up memorizing it naturally. people singing next to me... everyone there was singing you know, "home run!👏🏻", they did something like this a lot.

F.A.Q. Is at risk of being killed? No. But I saw some twitter account placing last in Supercell games revenue 😱😱😱 Here we go again 🥲 At the moment, we have 99 priorities. Revenue ain't one. I understand the concern, but to reiterate once again: We're keeping our player base small, collect player feedback, analyse player behaviour with the game, and improve based on that. Once we're confident, we'll scale the game. So far we did close to zero effort into player acquisition. We ran a small campaign in the summer mostly to test things out and it produced great results! Right now, as we're pivoting the game, we've paused our efforts. Low revenue is expected in the coming months. Then why was the game launched globally? Our launch strategy was very different from past Supercell games. We launched globally so everyone could access the game, regardless of their country. We didn't want to exclude anyone or have players using VPNs to play. Instead, we used an invite system to actually control growth and keep things small. We eventually lifted the invite system to make access easier once the launch frenzy slowed down. Yes, we launched globally, but that wasn't our big "GLOBALLLLLLL 🥳🥳🥳🥳" moment. I'm not even sure we'll have or need one. We want to grow progressively. What's working and what's not? We have very encouraging metrics, including the cosmetic-only monetisation model which is showing great results so far. We want to improve player retention which which isn’t yet where we want it to be, but nothing drastic or discouraging. Right now, we're working on revamping the game to address core issues, which would have been way more challenging if we'd gone big right from the start. Is neo moco ( revamp) a hit-or-kill moment for the game? lol no. It was simply a very needed revamp, as the current chapter system wasn't working. We're hoping neo moco will deliver a better experience, but also just the baseline to keep improving and making it more and more enjoyable with further updates. But the other Supercell game... Every Supercell game is its own team, following its own path. Game A is not discontinued or launched globally because of what happened to Game B. No one is demanding us quick results. We're not speed running success. You're killing the game by removing power progression/builds/that particular feature i really like. Nothing is set in stone. If we feel that re-adding some sort of progression will improve things, we'll do it. If we feel that classes need some sort of customisation, we'll add it. However, keeping the current system as it is would set us up for failure. Right now, we just need to put the new version out there, see how it feels with players and go from there. When will neo launch? We're very confident for first quarter of 2026, but that's subject to change. Will be the next Supercell global hit? Only time will tell. Steve Jobs, Aspen 1983 ================ I'm not a natural artist. I can create simple drawings, cut them out, and paste them into documents. This allows me to combine images and text before sending them electronically. Anyone in Aspen can then access their mail and see the drawing by dialing a phone number. We're at the beginning of a revolution. The personal computer is a new medium, and society and computers are truly converging for the first time in the 1980s. In the next 15 years, this initial phase of widespread tool adoption will be complete. During this time, we have a real opportunity to do this well, or to do it poorly. Many of us at Apple are dedicated to doing it well. I want to discuss one final concept before we open the floor to questions. What is a computer program? It's a strange concept. Like an electron, you can't see or touch it. Computer programs have no physical form; they are simply ideas expressed on paper. They are archetypal. Let's compare computer programming to television programming. If you watch tapes of JFK's funeral, you'll likely experience similar emotions to those you felt when you watched it live. Through television programming, we are adept at capturing and recreating experiences. It's expensive and somewhat limited, but we can do it effectively. You can truly feel the excitement of Neil Armstrong landing on the moon. Computer programming does something different. It captures the underlying principles of an experience, not the experience itself. These principles enable countless different experiences that adhere to those rules. A perfect example is a video game. It follows the laws of gravity and angular momentum, creating, for instance, a simple Pong game. The ball always obeys these laws. No two Pong games are ever identical, yet every game follows these fundamental principles. Another example is a program called "Hamurabi." Seven-year-olds play this game where they become King Hamurabi of Sumeria for ten years. The game presents scenarios: "King Hamurabi, in year one, you have 1,000 bushels of wheat, 100 people, and 100 acres of land. Land trades at 24 bushels an acre. Do you want to buy or sell land? How much do you want to plant or feed?" If you don't plant enough, people starve. If you plant a lot, people from neighboring villages will come to your prosperous village. It's a crude macroeconomic model, but these children will play for hours, learning. We need to develop better and more sophisticated models, but this is an interactive learning experience none of us had growing up. Again, thousands of individual experiences, all based on one set of underlying principles. In school, I had a few great teachers and many mediocre ones. Books were my salvation. I could read Aristotle or Plato directly, without an intermediary. A book is phenomenal; it goes straight from the source to the reader. The problem is, you can't ask Aristotle a question. Looking ahead 50 to 100 years, if we can create machines that capture an underlying spirit, set of principles, or way of looking at the world, then when the next Aristotle arrives, perhaps they will carry one of these machines. After they're gone, we could potentially ask the machine, "What would Aristotle have said about this?" We might not get the right answer, but we might. That's incredibly exciting and one of the reasons I do what I do. Now, what would you like to discuss?

Again, thousands of individual experiences, all based on one set of underlying principles. In school, I had a few great teachers and many mediocre ones. Books were my salvation. I could read Aristotle or Plato directly, without an intermediary. A book is phenomenal; it goes straight from the source to the reader. The problem is, you can't ask Aristotle a question. Looking ahead 50 to 100 years, if we can create machines that capture an underlying spirit, set of principles, or way of looking at the world, then when the next Aristotle arrives, perhaps they will carry one of these machines. After they're gone, we could potentially ask the machine, "What would Aristotle have said about this?" We might not get the right answer, but we might. AJ took 10 free throws, Rob Wright took four, and I don't ever go there -- and again, Houston beat us. Stone cold. They won the game. AJ should have shot 20 free throws, minimum in that game. Rob Wright only shoots four free throws. Guy drives every time. And Sharp shoots 10 -- and I'm not saying the officials were, like, oh, we're going to give Houston calls and not BYU. I'm not suggesting that in any form or fashion. I thought they flat-out missed calls, bottom line. And that led to some turnovers, led to some frustration. And so that's disappointing. Charlie Munger on why Berkshire almost never issues shares: Munger explains that Berkshire's approach to share issuance separates it from most companies, and it comes down to how he views what shares actually represent. "We are very reluctant to issue shares and in that we're different from most places." He recalls a telling story about a friend who sold his business to a socialist country. The executives there issued shares in a controlled corporation and celebrated: "Isn't this wonderful? We're getting this business for nothing." For Munger, that mindset reveals the trap. He points to history: "Periodically, and certainly it happened during the internet period, companies just couldn't issue shares fast enough because they were basically trading confetti for real assets. And that is a business model that has been applied successfully for some periods of time by certain companies in the past. It usually ends in some kind of a fiasco." The reason Berkshire refuses to play that game is philosophical. When you issue shares, you're not creating value out of thin air. You're giving away a piece of everything you already own. "When we issue shares, we're divesting ourselves of a portion of every wonderful business we have from Geico to Iscar to you name it. And we don't like doing that. We like owning those businesses. We'd like to own more of them." Munger uses Marmon as a live example of the opposite approach, buying more of a great business over time rather than diluting ownership of it: "We have a deal, for example, on Marmon where we bought some more of it this year and we will buy the rest of it in a few more years. And we feel good about that. We pay a fair price for it, but we get a business we know, a management we like, and that's really what we'd like to continue doing at Berkshire."
