🧵AI scene exploration: Midjourney x Gen-3 Alpha Turbo guide One of my favorite things to do with AI, is to use Advanced Camera Controls in Gen-3 Alpha Turbo by Runway It lets me see my interiors, cars and portraits from different angles, so it feels like a cool prelude before AI 3D, that we'll hopefully see at some point. Let me show you how to do it step-by step 👇

Talking about the love scene in Episode 1 🦋: That scene… we had already shot all the love scenes in the entire series by then. And that particular love scene was the last love scene we shot. So we had to figure out how to portray it in a way that would make it look like it was the first time for the two of them. 🦋: Does it look like their first time? 🦋: Does it? 😭😭😭😭😭/ omgggg lena LENAMIU PLS LOVE PREMIERE #PlsLoveรักได้ไหมEP1

From product image to video with just one tool - Dzine As you may have noticed, this is one of my favorite tools. It is also very underrated, as probably 50% of my tutorials include some workflow. I was testing the new image-to-video option today, and I love it. Step - by step guide in comments 🔽 I can do 95% of a workflow without switching between apps. Image generation, Image to image with style reference, background removal, background generation, and 2 frames image to video. The only other app I have been using for this video is CapCut so that I can stitch it together. Step by step 🔽

Hernández Hernández(referee) to Vinicius: "Get out of here. I don't give a damn that you're the captain. Out" (imagine that coming from a referee). Meanwhile, in Barca’s last game: Ortiz Arias(the referee) to Raphinha: "I like your mustache" Ortiz Arias to Yamal: "What a stomp you gave him" This is the league we are in. Before every league campaign we are already down by 1, because Barca are seen as the beloved, that’s where the spanish boys are.

I made a step by step one-hour tutorial on how to make a VR shooter in Unity! After releasing the first 3-parts of my series on how to make a VR game in Unity 6.2, I wanted to build a VR game from scratch using everything we’ve learned so far. Out of 10 different themes, the one that won the Patreon poll was… a VR Shooter! Here’s the result of that challenge: • A VR rig with climbing locomotion • A pistol with silencer • Guard patrols • A guard AI vision system that can detect the player If you’d like to watch the full tutorial and get the Unity project files, it’s available right now on Patreon : 👉

Took some crypto profits and dropped $800,000 on a new watch a Patek 5711/111P This money has come from a combination of launching, trading and straight up trenching I truly believe ANYONE can make money in this market Whatever race, age, gender, it’s possible for all and a lot easier than you’d think I’ve put together a group where I’ll be sharing all my plays and live trading daily but also complete video step by step guides on everything from how to actually buy crypto, to how to trade it, how to use bots, who to follow in the space etc So even if you’re a complete beginner you can start making money from day 1

We are stoked to formally announce The Chefs. A fully dynamic PFP collection with art created by Rugdrigo (Artist 2.0). Inspired by what Sanj did with Fomojis 2.0s, we decided to take it a step further and have all of the traits evolve from day to night. So the day time versions of your ordinal will be chefs. The night time versions will evolve into something else entirely. With our 1/1s, we wanted to do something a bit different. I believe 1/1s should really stand out in a collection and so few projects actually succeed in doing that. I reached out to some of my favorite artists and projects in the space to curate an incredibly diverse set of 1/1s. We do the cooking! Mint Date : 11/15 on Magic Eden on Bitcoin 🟧 at 10 AM EST Price : .0009BTC Collection Size : 2392

Ok well! I've started a project who probably, I think, the most stressful one for me : refur/build my fursuit head. For a quick remeber, this head was made by Omegapaws! and I love this head so much,I didn't want to create a news base from zero and so as not to put my little baby in a storage and don't use it anymore :( But it's finally done and I'm very happy of the result :D It's took me two weekend and few evening after work to take care of my baby, the feeling to be sad and very sensitive during one half week is quite stressful Let me show you step by step, how i've done ⬇️

I tried Hedra Agent by Hedra to see if one conversation could replace the usual mess of switching models, rewriting prompts, and juggling tools. So I started with a simple idea, Hedra Agent: - Selected the right models on its own - Generated refined visuals - Suggested multiple stylistic directions - Then turned the chosen frames into a cohesive video All within the same conversation while remembering every detail we discussed. I was able to shift the mood, adjust the lighting, refine the composition, explore different angles, and even adapt the format simply by giving natural feedback. I did not have to restart or rebuild anything from scratch. The Agent handled the workflow from idea to finished, platform-ready content. What stood out was not just the output quality, but also the continuity. Instead of operating tools, it felt like collaborating with a system that understands context and builds with you step by step. Check how it works 👇🏻

Good morning, loves. 🤍 I’m so sorry for being quiet the last few days - a serious family situation came up offline that needed my full attention, so taking a step back from X and IG was necessary. I’m so relieved to finally be back home and reunited with Lily... the energy is officially restored and we definitely have some catching up to do. ✨ Be honest... how much did you miss seeing the two of us pop up on your feed? Drop a reply below. 💋

[VAE] by Hand ✍️ A Variational Auto Encoder (VAE) learns the structure (mean and variance) of hidden features and generates new data from the learned structure. In contrast, GANs only learn to generate new data to fool a discriminator; they may not necessarily know the underlying structure of the data. The International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) this year announced its first ever "Test of Time Award" to recognizes the VAE paper, published 10 years ago. This exercise demonstrates how to calculate a VAE by hand. [1] Given: ↳ Three training examples X1, X2, X3 ↳ Copy training examples to the bottom ↳ The purpose is to train the network to reconstruct the training examples. ↳ Since each target is a training example itself, we use the Greek word "auto" which means "self." This crucial step is what makes an autoencoder "auto." [2] Encoder: Layer 1 + ReLU ↳ Multiply inputs with weights and biases ↳ Apply ReLU, crossing out negative values (-1 -> 0) [3] Encoder: Mean and Variance ↳ Multiply features with two sets of weights and biases ↳ 🟩 The first set predicts the means (𝜇) of latent distributions ↳ 🟪 The second set predicts the standard deviation (𝜎) of latent distributions [4] Reparameterization Trick: Random Offset ↳ Sample epsilon ε from the normal distribution with mean = 0 and variance = 1. ↳ The purpose is to randomly pick a offset away from the mean. ↳ Multiply the standard deviation values with epsilon values. ↳ The purpose is to scale the offset by the standard deviation. [5] Reparameterization Trick: Mean + Offset ↳ Add the sampled offset to predicted mean ↳ The result are new parameters or features 🟨 as inputs to the Decoder. [6] Decoder: Layer 1 + ReLU ↳ Multiply input features with weights and biases ↳ Apply ReLU, crossing out negative values. Here, -4 is crossed out. [7] Decoder: Layer 2 ↳ Multiply features with weights and biases ↳ The output is Decoder's attempt to reconstruct the input data X from reparameterized distributions described by 𝜇 and 𝜎. [8]-[10] KL Divergence Loss [8] Loss Gradient: Mean 𝜇 ↳ We want 𝜇 to approach 0. ↳ A lot of math called SGVB simplifies the calculation of loss gradients to simply 𝜇 [9,10] Loss Gradient: Stdev 𝜎 ↳ We want 𝜎 to approach 1. ↳ A lot of math simplifies the calculation to 𝜎 - (1/ 𝜎) [11] Reconstruction Loss ↳ We want the reconstructed data Y (dark 🟧) to be the same as the input data X. ↳ Some math involving Mean Square Error simplifies the calculation to Y - X.
