If you're interested in Tesla Robotaxi, Tesla AI or Tesla FSD, then you ought to know about jimmah . He's probably the one person who's done the deepest public dives on Tesla FSD and Tesla AI over the years. In fact, over the past 4 years I've published 40+ videos (!) with James Douma on Tesla AI/FSD (they are all on a playlist on my YouTube channel). I first discovered James Douma a long time ago (maybe almost 8-10 years ago?) on a web forum called . Back then it was one of the only places for early Tesla owners and TSLA investors to discuss issues deeply. While I posted about investing topics, James posted about Tesla Autopilot and its hardware but in a way that was more thorough than anybody else. When I started posting YouTube videos years later, I invited him on my channel to hear his thoughts on Tesla Autopilot/FSD. It was a riveting discussion and I was surprised at how much I could learn from him. I invited him again for another interview on my channel, and once again I was floored by how much I was learning. So over the years, James has been a great resource for me (and many others) to keep pulse on what Tesla is doing with FSD and AI (and even robotics). He doesn't have his own YouTube channel. He doesn't have any paid services or subscriptions. He probably has mixed feelings about so many people knowing about him. But I appreciate his willingness over the years to be available and help the Tesla community by offering his insights and knowledge. Yesterday I spent most of the day with James taking Robotaxi rides and discussion all things Robotaxi: - current state of Robotaxi - quality of Robotaxi rides - possible scaling plans - challenges - comparison to Waymo and others - Tesla AI 5 - and much more Attached is a 2+ hour edited video of our Robotaxi rides and discussion. We also had an hour+ discussion on Optimus humanoid robots that I'll upload as a separate video tomorrow.

🚨Look what I found on $HBAR that needs attention right now. 👇 The public RWA data shows $64.5M in tokenized real estate on Hedera. RedSwan’s own numbers? OVER $5 BILLION The gap between what trackers display and what's actually on the network is enormous. And almost nobody is talking about it. RedSwan CRE is a Houston-based commercial real estate tokenization platform. Hedera's official website confirms they've tokenized over $5 billion worth of institutional-grade properties on the network. With plans to reach $25 billion within 36 months. Their CEO Edward Nwokedi is a former executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest real estate firms in the world. 13,000+ investors active on the platform. Three funds spanning the U.S., Africa, and the Gulf states. In 2023 they secured a $4 billion portfolio from a Dubai-based client. 36 mixed-use properties across the Middle East. Appraised by Cushman & Wakefield. Tokenized on their Hedera-powered platform. So why doesn't this show on RWA dashboards? Because tokenized private securities don't trade on public markets. These are regulated security token offerings held by verified investors. The dashboards track publicly visible on-chain assets. Private placement real estate stays off those trackers while still living on the network. That means HBAR's real tokenization footprint is dramatically larger than any public dashboard suggests. RedSwan is also helping build Hedera's Asset Tokenization Studio for compliant securities issuance. The market prices what it can see. The institutions deploy what it can't. That gap is the opportunity. When the visible data says $64.5M and the verified reality says $5B+, the market is pricing $HBAR off incomplete information. Massive blind spots create massive opportunities.

🚨$UBER backed Atoms vs. NRED + EyeX: two different bets on the future of autonomous mining Atoms recently announced a $1.7 billion equity investment led by a16z, with Uber participating. Its mining division is anchored by Pronto, whose autonomous haulage technology has reportedly moved more than two million tons and is being deployed across 100+ trucks. But there may be another, much smaller physical-AI mining story developing through NovaRed Mining (CSE: NRED / OTCQB: NREDF) and On July 13, NRED announced a 30-day exclusive standstill and due-diligence process regarding the potential acquisition of an interest in EyeX technology. Importantly, there is no completed acquisition yet, and no deal is guaranteed. So how do the two strategies compare? Atoms + Pronto Atoms is currently focused on automating physical work inside operating mines: Autonomous haul trucks OEM-agnostic fleet retrofits Cameras, LiDAR and radar Commercial quarry and mining deployments Immediate productivity and labor savings Atoms is essentially building the autonomous execution layer for established industrial operations. NRED + EyeX The potential NRED–EyeX combination would approach mining from an earlier and potentially broader point in the value chain. NRED’s MetalCore platform integrates more than 4.1 million geological, geochemical, geophysical and mineral-property records to identify and prioritize exploration targets. EyeX then adds two connected capabilities: AI perception and command: cameras, drones, thermal systems, vehicles and robots detecting terrain changes, equipment, hazards, minerals and operational activity. Autonomous robotics: intelligent ground, aerial and maritime machines designed to operate in dangerous or inaccessible environments. EyeX’s public robotics portfolio includes: GroundUnit-1, an autonomous electric tracked platform for grading, clearing, mine development and hazardous terrain VHL, a hybrid heavy-lift VTOL system for remote mining operations and cargo delivery Autonomous mining drones and rovers Albatross maritime reconnaissance drones Sandpiper environmental-cleaning robots TugBot autonomous marine systems Human-carrying rescue drones Most of these systems remain protected-IP concepts or active R&D, while VHL is described as previously prototyped. That makes EyeX substantially earlier-stage than Pronto—but its intended scope is also much wider. The potential NRED architecture looks like this: MetalCore finds the target. EyeX understands the terrain. EyeX Robotics reaches it and acts. Field observations and assays make MetalCore smarter. Interestingly, this maps directly onto Atoms’ own three-step definition of physical AI: Understand the physical world Predict its future state Control the physical world For NRED: EyeX provides understanding. MetalCore provides prediction. EyeX Robotics provides physical action. The major distinction is that Atoms is already automating material movement inside producing mines and quarries. NRED and EyeX could potentially build an autonomous system spanning mineral discovery, field investigation, terrain access, mine development and eventually operations. The timeline is also interesting. NRED announced its exclusive EyeX diligence process nine days before Atoms disclosed its $1.7 billion financing with Uber. However, Atoms had already publicly launched its mining strategy and plans for Pronto in March, so the accurate conclusion is that NRED moved before the Atoms financing announcement—not before Atoms entered mining. Atoms’ financing does not prove EyeX’s technology or determine NRED’s valuation. But it is major validation of the broader thesis that specialized robotics, physical AI and autonomous mining could become one of the next large technology markets. The central question: Will the biggest opportunity belong to companies automating haulage inside existing mined

1 Year Anniversary of Tesla Tesla Robotaxi Launch ... Reliving that 1st day! One year ago a small group or people including me received an invitation from Tesla_AI to be among the first to participate in the launch of the Tesla Robotaxi service. The launch took place in Austin Texas on 22 June 2025 and was punctuated by a lot of excitement, some uncertainty or what to expect, waiting for the app to download and then hailing the first ride as the small group of participants faced out in the initial service area and waited for their Robotaxi to arrive! For this initial launch, Tesla used Model Y's with the "Robotaxi" logos on the doors and rear hatch and had supervisors in the passenger seat but the cars all drove autonomously and did exceptionally well. We had all kinds of media trailing behind trying to get images, interviews or any information about our experiences, and this made for a surreal day, almost like paparazzi chasing after high-profile celebrities. Over the next year, the Robotaxi service would slowly scale to new cities, initially Austin and the San Fransisco areas, and then later to Houston and Dallas while preparations for several more cities were underway. The fleet did scale up but slowly, going through several revisions and updates of the autonomous software, becoming fully unsupervised and the fleet management aspects of the Robotaxi service were further developed. Regulatory permits and filings also took place to position the Robotaxi service for what we all hope will be large-scale expansion including the addition of the new Cybercabs, which are now in limited production and are testing multiple locations around the US. What will year 2 be like for Robotaxi? All indications are a very big year, but ultimately, Tesla needs to demonstrate they can execute on their plans, preparations and Cybercab production. I'm very hopeful they will be able to do so starting very soon!
