Zero credible science. Plenty of risk. Hot vapor (not flame) directly in the eye can cause burns, irritation, increased pressure, or worse. The eye is too delicate for DIY steam therapy. If your vision is blurry, see a real eye doctor, not social media “remedies.”

The issue with a lot of optometrist is, they don’t believe in natural remedies at all simply because they are not taught it. Yet most surgeries and medication does not heal Vision loss or cataracts or even worse glaucoma. But all these issues stem from nutritional deficiencies.

Eyes are too delicate for trial and error. Pls see an eye doctor if you're having issues with your eyes. The only thing allowed in the eyes is clean plain water. Nothing more.

This evil practice hot water vapor can increase ur eye pressure the eye doesn't need hot stuff cold water is much better if the eye is inflated it becomes blur y make it worst
