What did you to make your organization better today? When I see a request like Elon Musk’s email asking bureaucrats to list their accomplishments, I’m inspired. Others find it demeaning. If you think an email like that is demeaning, then you’re part of the problem. If you don’t think... show more

Love how Elon Musk is shaking things up, making bureaucrats accountable for their actions. He's a true leader, not afraid to challenge the status quo and demand results from those who work for him. If you can't handle being asked to list your accomplishments, then maybe you're not doing enough to begin with.

@elonmusk I just found the “employee self review” form from my husbands old job. It’s 10 pages long with about 5 questions a page. It’s a yearly review.

#wulei about taking breaks from filming (for other works) “i think an actor needs to find a certain balance. sometimes it is indeed better to stay immersed in your role for a long period of time. but other times, it feels also great to step out, meet other people and adjust your mindset. maybe you will find a new perspective on your character. it’s like when you’re stuck on a problem and can’t find a solution no matter how hard you think. then you do something else and suddenly the answer appears. i think acting works the same way. if you’re too stubborn, you stop being objective.”

I need everyone to watch this. Just watch it with an open mind and see what you think and then make whatever decision you think is right. I clearly have an opinion and in my opinion, this is the identical tactics that we are witnessing, but if you watch this and don’t think so, then that’s fine but you should at least open your mind to the possibility.

Elon Musk: “You’d think that if you’re going to be appointed as a judge, you have to have proven that you have an excellent knowledge of the law and that you will make your decisions according to the law. That’s what we assume should be a requirement. You’ve got to know what the law is, and then you need to make decisions in accordance with the law. Not vibes. You can’t be just vibing as a judge.”

Leo Rautins criticizes Brandon Ingram after the Game 1 post-game callout: “When the Raptors had Kawhi Leonard, did you ever hear him say, ‘You got to give me the ball’? He never said anything like that in public.” “When you’re an All-Star, you get the ball. You go get it. You make plays.” “If you think about the pressure that he just put on himself under, publicly saying, ‘I need shots.’ You put pressure on a coach. Now coach has got to defend what he’s doing out there. Your teammates are answering questions about you, and why you didn’t get shots. “You’re trying to win a playoff game! Now you put pressure on everybody, including yourself. Then the next game after that, you don’t deliver. You can’t do that. Not when you’re an All-Star, not when this is your job.” “You got to score, and you got to find ways to do it, and not look for excuses on those situations.” ( 🎥: TSN )
