Nah. Just always exit the car without leaving any valuables. If they take it, insurance will pay. If no insurance then get a sangoma to make your car invisible to thieves when you leave it.

Dangerous, I prefer my car to be stolen when I am not there than to be hijacked . Trust me, that trauma. If they want your car, they will take no matter what.

This would work well as a deterrent and not prevention. Most people don't get it and are saying just cut it. Car stealing is supposed to be quick, but adding a variable can delay long enough for someone to see the inconspicuous behavior
