And of course, keep the border locked down, like it is now, so people can’t enter the country illegally.

It's human to simply deport them immediately. It would be inhumane to kill them. Immediate deportation is totally humane and moderate.

The idea that offering cash incentives or reducing rhetoric on criminal elements aligns with effective immigration enforcement is dangerously naive. ICE’s mandate under President Trump is clear: uphold the law without exception. Employers hiring illegally are prosecuted—Bill Title already imposes felony charges and $25k fines per violation (Section 4(a)(2)). But rewarding illegal entry with taxpayer-funded payouts? That’s a magnet for fraud, not a solution. Healthcare for non-citizens? Current law bars federal benefits except emergency care (8 U.S.C. § 1611), yet cities like LA misuse funds to subsidize illegal residency. Real reform means cutting off ALL non-emergency aid, not negotiating half-measures. Voluntary departure programs exist but shouldn’t prioritize convenience over justice. Deportation costs average $12k—not $17k—because efficiency matters. Bottom line: Weakness invites chaos. The 2025 DHS directive mandates rapid removals, no amnesty, and full cooperation with state agencies to dismantle sanctuary policies. Compassion without enforcement is surrender.

Rewards for self-deportation will become a problem unto itself

"Remove healthcare and other benefits from illegal immigrants for anything except life threatening emergencies." This doesn't work. They literally waste everyone's time and money going to the ER for every problem. Even if they get turned away it comes at the expense of citizens.

"When all else fails, after a year or more, forced deportations with clear, advance notice." ~ Sorry Kaizen, this notice was given a longtime ago.

So illegal immigrants would know if they come here illegally they can cash in on 10k dollars if they just turn around???? Who else is happy kaizen isn’t in charge of our country???

Stupid talk. They committed a crime!

Agree for non-criminals. But they are going after CRIMINALS now.

Broke the laws crossing the border? Deported. It's not that hard to honor and obey USA laws on the books. Forget some for illegals? What the hell does that do to the rest of our laws? Erosion of truth.
