The strong shaking is 10 cm/s, and the weak is 0 cm/s. We have omitted units here since velocities are not intuitive to everyone, i.e., 10 cm/s are comparable to the speed of a crawling baby. While this might seem slow, such velocities in seismic shaking can be quite intense!
