BREAKING: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has confirmed that XRP is not a security. SEC Chair Paul Atkins stated that “most crypto assets are not securities.” Both the SEC and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission have classified XRP, alongside Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Cardano, and 11 other major tokens, as “digital commodities,” placing them outside securities law. “We’re not the Securities and Everything Commission anymore,” Atkins added.
