I wanted to see how far I could push a simple idea with Motion Studio. So I took a fictional audio concept, ECHO — See What You Hear, and turned it into a cinematic motion piece using Seedance 2.5. What would normally feel like an After Effects-heavy production can now go from idea to motion in minutes. $3 vs. $3,000 worth of traditional AE-style production. That’s the part that really changes the creative workflow. Topview Motion Studio makes it ridiculously easy to bring an idea to life — without spending hours inside a complex timeline. Made with TopviewAI Motion Studio using Seedance 2.5.

Motion Design in Ad Studio. Now live. Animated typographical ads without the motion graphics studio, built for founders and small teams. Start with a screenshot or brand kit, get a storyboard, render a 15-second motion ad in minutes. Motion design that used to need a production house now takes some imagination and a click. ✉️ Comment "Motion Design" and we'll dm you the link.

I can't believe my eyes! I compared Cavalry render speed to After effects and this happened: forget about that Cavalry rendered a complicated Motion graphic piece without a single lag and very minimal Layer usage that would take a ton of work in after effects, but when I RENDERED animation and gave it to After effects It had a problem playing the RENDERED MP4 VIDEO! and during that it used more ram to play a normal video than Cavalry to just play the raw project file with all the layers and effects. this is just crazy. we might be witnessing a new era of motion design.

Most AI video generators waste your money. They spit out a locked, uneditable MP4, mess up ONE tiny detail, and force you to burn credits regenerating the whole thing. I just tested Fotor’s Fotor Agent on a product video. It helped me bypass an $800 motion agency quote and 3 days of After Effects grind in 40 minutes. And the crazy part? The video I made cost me just $4. Here’s the breakdown 🧵👇

The official, native Seedance 2.5 is now available on Pippit AI for just $1.50 for your first month — 90% OFF. 🔥 Here’s the workflow I used: → Open Pippit AI and start with Creative Agent → Use Canvas to brainstorm and organize the creative direction → Build the story, scenes, and visual flow in Story Studio → Generate with Seedance 2.5 and refine the final result → Export the finished video in high quality What I like about the workflow is that Pippit’s Canvas brings different AI models and creative tools together in one workspace, while Seedance 2.5 can create cinematic long takes of up to 30 seconds with more precise control over timing and motion. More Affordable Seedance 2.5 Generation: For Seedance 2.5 at 720P, Pippit AI offers a promotional price of as low as $0.035/second, compared with $0.079/second on other tools. Holy shit... the gap between what AI video tools promise and what they actually hand back just got a lot smaller. Normally, using AI for video feels like a gamble: you type in a prompt, wait three minutes, and it spits back a locked MP4. If one single specs number on screen is wrong, you can't edit it—you just have to re-prompt, re-render, and burn through your credits again. To see if any tool could actually handle a real commercial asset without the usual headache, I ran a quick test. I took a concept photo of an "iPhone Duo" and asked Fotor’s Fotor Agent to build an Apple-style product reveal—no 3D modeling, no physical camera setup, and no hiring a motion designer. It didn't just render a clip. It handed me an actual multi-track project file in about 40 minutes. A few things genuinely surprised me about the workflow: 1. It built a real timeline (and did its own research) I uploaded the concept shot and asked for a reveal with animated specs. I didn't even feed it detailed technical specs—it actually went online, pulled plausible data, and mapped it out. I cross-checked against Apple’s actual site later and the formatting and spec logic were spot-on. Instead of a flat video, it laid out the clips, music, transitions, and motion graphics onto separate editable tracks. 2. Native 4K Motion Graphics for a few cents a second Getting clean, keyframed motion graphics usually means opening After Effects or paying someone a few thousand bucks to build them. Fotor Agent generated sharp, native 4K spec cards and charts right on the timeline. The cost broke down to just a few cents per second, which makes testing complex visual ideas almost risk-free. 3. You can fix mistakes without re-rendering everything This was the most practical part. When I wanted to shorten a piece of copy on one of the spec cards, I didn't have to generate a new video or burn more credits. I just clicked the text layer directly on the timeline, edited it, and the preview updated instantly. The actual breakdown: Time: 3–5 days of AE keyframing → ~40 minutes Cost: Thousands in agency quotes → A few dollars in credits Workflow: Jumping between 5 different apps → Done in one Agent AI shouldn't just dump a locked video file on your desktop and call it a day. Fotor Agent handles the heavy production setup while leaving you with an actual project file you can tweak and refine. Screen recording and the 4K test clip are attached below! 👇🏼

The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and Disney have filed a lawsuit against ByteDance over the Seedance 2.0 project, alleging "massive copyright infringement." Watch this video, and you'll understand the real reason for Hollywood's panic: survival. In the past, producing such high-quality CGI footage required massive special effects studios and budgets of millions of dollars. Now? The cost is almost just a few cents.

I'm shocked that my SaaS can make a $5,000 product video for just $39 here's how you can make one 1. find a cool product video that you like 2. feed it to Revid 3. feed in your logo and landing page 4. get a new motion graphic video about your own product it's just wild that it works and makes such stunning videos still can't believe we're giving this out for $39 what do you think?

It’s not CGI. It’s not real. It’s something new. This isn’t traditional VFX, and it’s not just a filter. It’s Runway’s Aleph, a new AI model that reimagines your footage. Think of it like Photoshop for motion pictures. Check out the short I made with it. Link below:

I've been playing more with this depth map motion transfer workflow, and if you're trying to recreate really specific body movements from a reference video, this works surprisingly well. Here's the workflow: 1. Grab your reference video, then create your character and environment references. 2. Run the video through Depth Anything on fal to generate a depth map: 3. Drop that depth map into Seedance Omni as your motion reference along with your character and environment references. You don't even need the original video. I also tested this against using the original video as the motion reference in Seedance, and there's definitely a noticeable difference. One thing I found, though, is that this works much better for body movement than facial performance since the depth map can't really capture subtle facial motion. I'm running more tests to see if there's a good way to control both body movement and facial performance. If you have any workflows I should try, do share in the comments!

Make Pixels Dance: High-Dynamic Video Generation paper page: Creating high-dynamic videos such as motion-rich actions and sophisticated visual effects poses a significant challenge in the field of artificial intelligence. Unfortunately, current state-of-the-art video generation methods, primarily focusing on text-to-video generation, tend to produce video clips with minimal motions despite maintaining high fidelity. We argue that relying solely on text instructions is insufficient and suboptimal for video generation. In this paper, we introduce PixelDance, a novel approach based on diffusion models that incorporates image instructions for both the first and last frames in conjunction with text instructions for video generation. Comprehensive experimental results demonstrate that PixelDance trained with public data exhibits significantly better proficiency in synthesizing videos with complex scenes and intricate motions, setting a new standard for video generation.
