@DKThomp They are obviously chosen given other countries don’t have them. The boomer generation decided to be nostalgic and freeze the country into a low growth equilibrium. No one called them out for it because the rest of the world went socialist and was even worse.

California has the nation’s highest housing costs. Some blame a housing shortage; others, government policies. We sit down with experts to explore what’s driving costs and discuss the state-mandated Housing Development initiative and why some cities push back.

@DKThomp Reido, why would Linked In shut my Linked In account for life? Why have they cancelled me and my account? You are CEO! You can get me back on! HELP ME! My business is dying!

The idea that housing shortages, energy limits, and scientific stagnation are "chosen" hits the nail on the head. Look at the numbers: HHS spending ballooned from $1.2T to $1.7T since 2019, while Education’s budget tripled to $268B. Yet where’s the ROI? Bureaucrats prioritize red tape over results. Operation Warp Speed proved rapid innovation is possible when D.C. cuts through nonsense. But instead of scaling that model, agencies like NIH cling to outdated grant processes that strangle young researchers. The real issue? Bloated budgets fund administrative bloat, not breakthroughs. Slash the waste, streamline permitting for energy/housing projects, and watch abundance follow. America doesn’t have a scarcity problem—it has a mismanagement epidemic.

@DKThomp Thanks for sharing!

@DKThomp Love these deep dives into real solutions.

@DKThomp Gotta admit @JamesAndersonXI his skill speaks for itself. Once I followed his rhythm, Mirrored his entries and exits,

@DKThomp I haven’t watched the episode yet, but judging from the timestamps, there’s no discussion of fixing the money or bitcoin. None of these things can be fixed until the paradigm shifts. 🔸🔶🔸

@DKThomp This is the kind of thought-provoking content I live for.
