What is the best alcohol to drink?

Whiskey and a wooden baseball bat.

2 months alcohol free on the 9th.

"there is no reason"...well, addiction is a reason. I try to get rid of it. Strangely during my 21 fasting I didn't miss beer/alc at all. Fasting is a good method, to get rid of it imo (Herbert Shelton figured that out too in his fasting-sanatorium). Need to do it again soon.

Fortunately, alcohol has never been an issue for me. It's always been just about the sugar.

I never thought steak would taste better without wine but I feel better, look better, and attitude is better. Been a yr without it and I never thought it would ever happen...reason for quitting..lost a loved one.

Alcohol is a thief, does nothing for anyone except steal your vitality, health, finances, opportunities, and relationships.
