What do I do when the dog releases my arm and gets a mouthful of my nutsack?

In my pocket everyday EDC. Push it into the neck in the middle and force it forwards out the bottom. Just like the military teaches you to cut a throat. You don't cut the throat like they do on TV or a movie.

When I was a teenager, I was attacked by a Rottweiler in my own yard. He got my arm like that. I tried head strikes, nose strikes, kicking in the balls. None of that worked. The only thing that worked was jamming my thumb in his eye. I’ve carrier a knife daily since then.

Are we cool with also a pocket knife? I mean if a dog is attacking and latched on to my kid or wife……
