The Catholic Church does not teach this. It’s more nuanced than this and you know it. Cornering young boys, who are still growing in their understanding of the faith, and misrepresenting that faith to them is simply despicable and dishonest. You should be ashamed.

I’m not a catholic, but it’s kinda surprising if they actually taught kids all this is the way to get to heaven without mentioning the grace Lord Jesus Christ, I’m sure there’s something wrong here, I think we are saved by faith and good works are a fruit of it
