This isn’t real. I’ve seen multiple videos with this guy being the HOA. HOA’s are stupid, but they don’t require home owners to have authorized guests and they certainly don’t have a master key.

Seems fake to me, especially the clarity and pacing of his voice. That being said, you try entering my house at 5AM there'll be an emergency HOA election to fill the vacancy.

Real or fake, this isn't far from the truth from some of the horror stories I hear about HOAs but you get what you deserve if you buy a house in an HOA.

Home Owners Associations suck. They all suck. They're the province of small people who don't have any authority in their lives, and wish to throw their weight around. I'd meet this guy at the door with a shotgun and say "get off my property"

He and the HOA board would become my hobby. Their lives would become misery 24/7. They would be arrested, sued, harassed, and goaded into assaulting me so I would be justified in defending myself with physical force.
