If that was my son I would ground him for destroying my collection and make him do all possible chores that he hates until he would learn the lesson to respect other people stuff and not mess with them.

I'll just say that's bad, tell him not to do it again, and then find a kid-friendly kit for him to build. I used to be like that with my dad's Gunpla, so I understand what it's like to be curious about plamo as a hobby.

Sit the kid down and build some kits with him, obviously he is interested, why not foster that into creativity? Good bonding moment between father and son
