That hunter was on fire and I agree with him. Those game wardens were also exceedingly patient and respectful - sorta unusually so given the heated exchange. Respect to both parties. Not seeing what exactly precipitated this. That could have gone sideways real fast.

The whole idea behind licensing hunters is to create another tax on citizens. Paid for by citizens through fees and fines generated by government employees for the specific purpose of maintaining the tax revenue stream. It's the same with 10,000 other government agencies.

Fortunately, in my state so long as it’s “In Season” I can allow whomever to hunt on my property & no marshal/warden/police can just show up for “checks”. The “checks” happen at the butchers.
