What's the correct term for a group of Citroën 2CVs?

A perambulation is my collective noun for a group of 2CVs. I had a bright yellow 2CV.

A flock?

A wallow of 2CVs?

An Escargatoire would be appropriate, being both the collective noun for snails and derived from French.

Living the dream. If your needs are by bimbling along in a 2CV, especially if you have a social group of them, then you're doing something right.

I would suggest a ‘Bounce’ - having owned two - one in the UK and one in France - which was the 400 cc version and my party trick on a road infested with speed humps, would be to overtake faster cars on the humps. So long as I was doing 40 kph+ it just didn’t feel them
