Well, a variety of foods. Turnips, Beets, Beans, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Chard, Carrots and Cabbages, have all been crops I have grown in my backyard.

If you cook you can buy vegetables from local farmers that don't use chemicals. As far as meat it should be safe as long as it's USDA approved. I Always research everything I cook.

Usually Salad kits, Cliff Bars to snack on at work, Yogurts, Coffee, Apples, Oranges, Bananas, Cheese, Sorbetto for Smoothies, and whatever else I need during the week.
