∆ Post-laryngectomy neopharyngeal pseudodiverticulum (pseudo-vallecula). • It is a surgical complication where contrast pools in a pouch at the base of the reconstructed tongue. • It presents with progressive mechanical dysphagia and regurgitation. • Mx- It is typically managed via dietary modification, endoscopic balloon dilation, or surgical myotomy.
