Mumbai is not perfect. It’s not even close. But this metro train and the city skyline towards the end of the video didn’t exist 15 years ago. India has a long way to go. One man was murdered inside a moving train with a knife, while another passenger was attacked with a sickle after a seat dispute. CSMT-bound 12126 Pune-Mumbai Pragati Express crosses over to enter the Up Through line at Vikhroli as the sixth line on which it is travelling ends abruptly at Vidyavihar and the train needs to continue its journey ahead to Dadar & then CSMT, in the process detaining a fast suburban EMU local train. Every such crossover leads to loss of time for Express as well as suburban trains, which get lined up adding to the delay domino effect. #Mumbai #MumbaiRailway
