When looking at Tyson Bagent performance context matters. This guy hadn’t started in 1059 days (longer than Keenum) was coming off a concussion and half the fans wanted Keenum to start. Great operation. Efficient on 3rd down. Good downfield. Excellent first start. #DaBesrs

All understood BUT the real question no one seems to want to ask is this; are they trying to develop an inferior young QB or should they be more concerned about playing the better QB?

Saved by penalties be honest. On that though. Was it loveland, with the defender that close should be attacking that ball if its off target to back shoulder. 1 Start. Beat the injured Pack this week.

All those factors just further justify riding with case keenum Preformed better against better competition Not coming off a concussion Started at higher level before beats Experience

No shit Sherlock… I ran the most dominant performance in nfl history. How many times did check down Caleb get 30+ 1st downs and score almost every drive?

He was solid. He also threw an INT (could have been at least 1 more), accounted for 0 TD's & did not threaten the Jets downfield. I gave him a B-, will need to be at least a B+ to win in Green Bay.

He didnt even roll out Sunday. Its kind of his thing on the goal line. Packers defense better be ready to play... STORMS A COMIN!

And the 4 picks nullified by penalties?

Also he threw a interception to a defense that hasn’t gotten a interception in over a season and he was lucky it wasnt 4 And don’t forget he did throw four in 2023 in his start against the saints

Ben Johnson on the decision to start both Case Keenum and Tyson Bagent: “Well, I got all these memos saying that Tyson (Bagent) was starting before I even made an announcement, so I wanted to get Case (Keenum) out there. It was like a ceremonial first pitch.. handing off the torch.”

Tyson Bagent on how Case Keenum broke the news that Bagent was starting: "Case hit me asking what time I was getting to the facility. I got in, and he was telling me how appreciative he was of me during his start, and then told me he hopes I have a night like he had, and that this week is my week because I'm starting. He's a top-two teammate I've ever had, and he's definitely not two. I gave him a big hug, told him how much he meant to me, and then it was business as usual going forward." Gotta love Case, such a great Leader.

It can happen to anyone… My brother picked me up this morning and drove past this guy at 6:35am, topless and looking in bushes down a country lane. So we drove down the same lane on the way back, half an hour later, and he was in the exact same place. This is just the start.

🗣️ Martin Odegaard on winning the Community Shield: “Yeah, it was brilliant. I think the performance was great, the result was obviously great, and the first trophy of the season, it’s what we wanted to do today. “So overall, just a great performance. Happy for the team to show our level against a strong opponent, and it’s a good way to start the season.”

Tyrique George vs Newcastle United (12/8/26) Excellent performance from him. His tempo in dribbling is very good, great on the inside or outside, lovely swivel and finish, and the original splitting ball to Armstrong was also very nice. He can really make a claim to start 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🔵

Marana WR Dezmen Roebuck is one of the best PLAYMAKERS in AZ!! Coming off a 1300 yards season, he is already off to a great start this offseason on the 7’s circuit and is looking to have an even better Senior Season!! Complete package at receiver can do it all.

#Bears QB Tyson Bagent on missing MNF: “There’s a couple ways to think about it. Obviously, I would like everything that the football world can offer me. But then there’s also the part that I am from Shepherd University, so I have absolutely zero ego in this and nobody is a bigger cheerleader and a fan of Case Keenum than I am. I think he is the epitome of what I believe a quarterback is and is supposed to be. So it was fun to watch him play.”

Coming off multiple Achilles injuries, Deshaun Watson looked light on his feet, moved well laterally, and stayed calm in the pocket. Ball still jumps off his hand. Health looks good. Nothing matters until Sundays, but that was a solid start. #Browns

FT Spurs 0 v 2 Newcastle Another home defeat over £300m spent 2 games 0 points 5 goals conceded none scored 🤦🏻‍♂️losing to a team that’s lost most of its star players makes it even worse. We started first half messy Van de Ven was all over the place at the start, a booking after 2 mins after a bad tackle. Tel was shocking for the first 12 but later dug out a great shot on goal, a good save from the keeper he was constantly on the ball but giving the ball away too often. If he crossed at the first opportunity, he’d get a better end product just not good enough. Spurs dominated the last 20 mins. But yet again we just couldn’t connect in the final 3rd and score. Tonali’s run through the middle was superb, and Van Heche’s passing was very good. Newcastle came out much stronger at the start of the 2nd half a great pass by Gonzales to Elanga turns and beats Kinsky it was coming 🤦🏻‍♂️ What a great sight to see kudus back for Tel. Poor marking at the corner and Wissa overhead kick 2-0 They took every chance De Zerbi has a lot of work to do here. Our final 3rd is just nowhere near there at the moment when the 2nd went in the heads dropped where was the leadership another loss to Newcastle better than Brentford but that wasn’t hard. Seriously disappointing the pressure is on.

"Pretty damn good start. Just got a little sloppy there at the end—just got to execute a little quicker in that sixth inning. Other than that, I was pretty happy with it." Paul Skenes reflects on his first #OpeningDay start.

A Most Wanted Man was Philip Seymour Hoffman’s final performance as a leading man. While he made other on-screen appearances around this time, this turned out to be PSH’s last big part. And boy, is it fucking great. Hoffman plays a German intelligence agent trying to hunt down a terrorist. I love the creative swings Hoffman took in this performance, including his accent. It’s just another reminder of how excellent this guy was his entire career. 🎂
