@joerogan Sorry I was writing kind of fast. Just listen to the audio it will make sense. I usually have my posts already written out for that very reason that when I write fast it can make my hand writing hard to read.

@joerogan Surely the Omega 3 with Iron is irrational as grass fed beef contains a high amount of Omega 3! I doubt nature made a mistake 😕

@joerogan Nature packaged it with vitamin E, beta-carotene and other antioxidants to protect that omega-3 however.

@joerogan I've found Inositol with Magnesium and Glycine are excellent for sleep. 😴 I also switched it I up with IP6 and had crazy lucid dreams. Although it seems to lower my blood sugar a bit more than I like in the morning.

@joerogan if you are eating a proper human diet like @KenDBerryMD recommends then you don't need all of those supplements. Its just a waste of money. So Beef Butter Bacon, Eggs and Seafood you already have a balanced diet and its all bioavailable. There's nothing else to figure out

@joerogan Is it true that it is best to take the d3/k2 with magnesium to increase absorption, @drjamesdinic ?

@joerogan Not to increase absorption but just so they work because they all need each other to work but they don’t have to be taken at the same time.
