@joerogan Don't you get most of these from eating beef? Why spend money on supplements when you get all of the bioavailability from animal-based foods. Besides , you can just put that money towards more quality foods than supplements

You should mention a few caveats here: L-carnitine - especially in this concentration - inhibits the effect of thyroid hormones. Copper, zinc and manganese are metals and are double-edged. Too much zinc leads to copper deficiency. Even the smallest doses of copper can lead to toxicity if the body cannot metabolize it properly. (Especially bivalent copper) Manganese can feed infections such as Lyme. Selenium can be easily overdosed and is likely to be detrimental in some forms. Oral vitamin D is generally questionable and often completely incompatible with immunological problems. If you take biocarbonates with meals, you inhibit stomach acid, which is important for protein digestion and infection prevention.
