It's quite obvious that you have no experience in the private sector.

How does this prevent businesses from only offering part time work like 20hrs a week and workers having to work 2-3 part time jobs? Are you saying the minimum work week would be 32 hrs or the maximum? How is that enforced over multiple jobs, which is the norm? The disparity between the compensation of CEOs and their employees raises important questions about income inequality and the quality of life for workers. It is concerning that many workers struggle to make ends meet, often missing important family events and milestones due to the demands of their jobs. A 32-hour workweek with no loss in pay could be a step towards addressing this issue, allowing workers more time to spend with their families and pursue personal interests. Remember how you wanted to help food workers who were making $3 dollars an hour over the minimum wage Now they got replaced by kiosks and make zero because of your fantasy of a $15 minimum The market is what decides what is a fair wage not government all you do is screw up

Says a man who never ever had a job!! Who listens to this Marxist?

A 32hr week creates the ability to enjoy more time as a family or more choices for singles. The net result in most cases would be more stable adults enjoying their lives beyond their work or as they choose. Where children are involved time well spent creates a brighter future.

Working fewer hours for the same pay doesn't help Americans pay their bills
