Morning sunlight has been the biggest factor in curing what I thought was insomnia. I was surprised how easy it was to fall asleep.

I’ve always been a proponent of small simple changes, that with consistency can add stability to our health… I started doing this back in 2021 when you brought it up in a podcast. Within a few weeks I could see a significant difference in multiple aspects. And if I miss a day, or get out of rhythm while traveling, I feel the difference.

@luckdragonintel Just 6 minutes spent listening to the dawn chorus (birds singing before sunrise) renders humans similar mental and physical benefits. This birdsong pitch, frequency and volume relaxes us physically while stimulating us cognitively

what can people who work the graveyard shift do to help their circadian rhythms? I wake up in the evening and try to get some sunlight and work from 10pm to 6am. when getting off work, i try to keep sunglasses on the whole time to avoid getting sunlight in my eyes
