Who is to blame here? WATCH

At some point, people need to put their phones down and help these people in need… America has become a selfish society…

The person filming it. Before cell phones had cameras, people used to be more human and civil and do something to help rather than try and get attention on social media.

Regardless of where the blame should be placed, it is horrible to see another human affected by drugs in this way.

I know she’s on some kind of drug. But my god. WHAT kind of drug does this to a human being? She behaves like someone in the movie The Exorcist. This is disturbing in the extreme.

The blame falls on the person who made the decision to take drugs. While I do feel terrible and it is awful to watch, she is to blame.

I don’t see this in my city we have a Republican Mayor.

That’s someone’s daughter and no one is lifting a finger to help her. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Sad this parent doesn’t take the time to explain to the kid laughing how dangerous drugs are and how serious addiction is. I know he told the child to stop and maybe talked later, but it’s not funny.

She is, for becoming a drug addict. She will have a higher probability of successful rehabilitation when and if she accepts responsibility.
