If the child is screaming so badly he can’t take an order, how is he having this whole convo with her fairly easily?

If you have an altercation with someone involved in making food or drinks for you, don't consume that food or drink.

The mom for not knowing the child is not able to behave in public. Stay home and train your child to respect adults

How can we tell? The video starts too late in this story. However, I hate parents who can't or won't shut their children up, so I'll say the lady is in the wrong.

The screaming is right in the headset in his ear. I don't know if it's right or wrong but I get it

Well, all this aside, screaming or not, whatever happened before really doesn't matter. Who in their right mind would want to order food after arguing with the people who will make it w/o being able to see what happens.
