Sadly even if the guy did have a case against the police officer he pretty much just burned it to a crisp by walking the bike home. While it’s a short distance, without the officer’s consent it can be considered evading and eluding police which court will destroy you for.

I been pulled over for not wearing a seatbelt when the new law came out in Texas. I was clearly wearing it. He accused me of putting it on after I was stopped. I did no such thing. I got pulled over another time for using my cell phone. I told him it was my clock. I was stopped in the turning lane to the Harbor Freight parking lot and wanted to if it was open. I tried to explain this and he just told me I had to have both hands on the wheel in a mocking tone. This was California and CHP looking for an easy mark. I hate traffic cops.
