Whose fault was it the car or the biker?

Both of them are at fault here... Car for not having the indicator while turning and biker for overtaking at an u turn...

Dude the biker took out phone out of pocket and screen directly showed youtube playing when phone was unlocked. Biker was listening to songs while driving. It takes two to tango. And biker was so fast I couldn't even read car's rear number plate. Car when turning must not have seen bike because it was far away but due to speed it suddenly came in Between. These bikers don't drive properly then blame everyone else. But most importantly he was listening to songs probably wireless earphones in ears. must not have removed helmet so that no one sees.

The bike knew the car was going to and failed to slow down

Most heartening to see both parties not throwing punches at each other, also public not gathering for free advice or instigating fights.. hope people have same mutual respect and learn to accept mistake during accidents.

Actually, Both people were at fault. Car driver did not give any indicator to turn and Bike rider was riding fast at a u turn and was listening songs. But the thing how people have handled this situation with such maturity and concern. This could have easily led to a fight.

Biker’s fault due to: Speeding at around 60km/h in the right lane, where U-turn is legally allowed. Distracted due to the songs playing right into the ears, lowering his reflexes. Doesn’t understand the poor braking capability of a bullet bike. But he seems to be nice man 😎

Whosoever is saying Bikers fault, need to go through driving training again and read the rules. Also, Prima facie, a driver who doesn’t see any object coming from his side only is totally blind driver. Such type of drivers should not drive even a cycle.

Biker is at 💯% fault. Swift driver gave indicator he did NOT follow rule. 99% time bikers overtake from LEFT n drive in extreme right lane if they have to turn right. Sissies‼️ I can show video 1 biker in all 3 lanes n don't give side after honking. Where will cars 🚗 drive⁉️

Both of them are at fault. Car switched lane last moment to turn, did not use indicator and did not check rear view mirror. Biker overspeeding on a narrow road, not paying attention to the movement of vehicles, possibly distracted by the songs he's listening.

Definitely car driver this should not even be a question but since its subcontinent .

Car turned without the indicators turned on and when accident happened then he turned on the indicators. Clearly the car's fault, and biker should also need to slow down turn where anyone can accidentally turn.
