The biker even changed lane to hit the car in full speed!

Clearly, the biker was not paying attention. Plenty of distance for him to slow down at least. Looks like he didn't even apply the brakes. Nothing can save you if you are not attentive on the road.

The bikher seems to be sleeping. Car wasn't very fast and there was enough time for biker to stop. He didn't even slow down

Bike: Car traveling at normal speed Car didn't make a sudden dead stop but came to a gentle halt Bike had enough distance & time to slow down He was obviously not looking at the road ahead Car seemingly halts at a pedestrian crossing where one is expected to anyways slow down

1) Clearly the Biker, not watching the car in front at all. 2) The car driver must have raised an hazard alert ⚠️ to the people behind. But still the Biker is in his own world of dreams.

Based on the line and crossing, it looks like a signal and everyone is in a hurry to cross the signal before it becomes red from yellow. The car was able to stop bcoz of its low speed whereas the biker was not able to stop. It is the biker's fault.

Clearly the biker. He had sufficient time to apply brakes.

Bike driver's Wife's fault 😃

Wonder which world the biker was in! Clearly lost it when most critical. Show the importance of constantly watching traffic behind even though one may have stopped correctly. A totally avoidable / unnecessary accident.

Car should have had hazard lights on when stopping abruptly and biker should have slowed at crossroads even if the signal was green

If there is a stop line before zebra crossing, you should be prepared to stop. Hazard lights are not needed. This is a basic rule.
