This multi-use machine is on my top 10 home gym essentials list. It’s a GHD, back extension, leg extension/curl, hip thrust, split squat, reverse hyper, and Nordic curl board all in one. Combine this with a nice squat rack (& associated equipment,) cable machine, and dumbbells and you will quite literally be the king of your neighborhood. There’s a new updated version on the way that’s even quicker to setup, easier to store, and more stable. The one thing it can’t do, which I’d love to see, is for it to also double as an adjustable weight bench.

This is actually the BEST way to do Single Arm Lat Pull-Downs on the traditional cable setup “Why not just sit down???” Better positioning as his body is positioned away from the stack You can brace with your off-hand as well WATCH AND LEARN, folks

The S3XY Dash from Enhance - S3XY Buttons is one of the coolest Tesla accessories I've seen yet. I know many people want Android Auto/Apple Car Play, and this gives the OPTION to use those with your Tesla, along with tons of other info. They have 20% off for preorder, and you can get an additional 10% off with my link: I love using Waze on road trips, and this looks like the way to do it going forward. On top of having a customizable sized android auto experience, the Dash can display charging, vehicle, motor, battery and tons of other info. Enhance was also smart enough to not force it directly in front of the air vents. You can place it where you'd like with their included kit. All the widgets are also customizable, so you can add any you like and resize them. You can also make multiple pages to quickly flip through different info. There's SO much you can do with this *if you want it*. Great job on this one.

Why Palantir is a mega-buy right now? "Palantir is a mega-buy because it sells directly to the CEO’s top priority, AI transformation. It can deliver enterprise-wide solutions in $10M–$100M deals, not just point tools. There are very few companies that can execute at that scale with credibility. So when companies need to “do AI” in a real way, Palantir is one of the only options." Love to hear your thoughts Christian Garrett delian Shaun Maguire

I could watch these idiots all day. 😃 I swear I will never understand why people are such idiots 🤡 during routine traffic stops.🚔 Officer “Can I have your license, registration, and insurance.”👮‍♂️ Woman 🤡 “No, you’re being an asshole.” 😳 Woman “I didn’t do nothing wrong.” 😳 And her day ending up with FA and FO handcuffs and a trip to jail. Really people, just comply and you’d be on your way. 🤨 👇👀🎥👮‍♂️Part 2👇

Wall Street broker recounts the real story behind the Wolf of Wall Street and the $1M offer Jordan Belfort made to him and other brokers “when Jordan Belfort came down to the floor and recruited eight brokers to be his lackeys.” “he came up to all of us and said, ‘i’ll pay you $1,000,000.” “when you get a big million-share order, buy the first 5,000 shares for me.’” “‘and when you’re done buying it, sell the last 5,000 for me.’” “that’s called front-running. it’s buying stock with knowledge of a buy order. it’s as illegal as you can get.” “about eight brokers on the floor took him up on the deal.” “they were all taken off the floor by the FBI in handcuffs, and most of them spent more time in prison than Belfort did.”

This is why your phone is never really off – even when you think you’ve powered it down. Edward Snowden warned us about it back in 2019: "Every phone, even when the screen is off you think it's doing nothing, but it's screaming 'Here I am.'" "They can see everything about you. They can see everything about what your device is doing, and they can do whatever they want with your device..." Your smartphone stays reachable at all times. Always listening. Always locatable. Always ready to feed data or accept remote commands. Watch Snowden lay it all out.
