cuz the artists who made this magic died off and the art died with them.
All the greats that did these cartoons are gone. They're replaced by those that don't know what their doing.
They got rid of the guns, the violence, the music, the art, and all the rest that we loved so much. Wondered if you ever saw Pecos Bill by Disney... enjoy, everyone.
Witch Hazel! I loved when she would zoom away fast and her hairpins would still be in the air
This is "A Witch's Tangled Hare" (1959). It's the last Witch Hazel and Bugs Bunny cartoon of the classic Looney Tunes Golden Age. She does technically make a small silent cameo in Transylvania 6-5000 (1963), another Bugs Bunny short (The one with the vampire).
The most talented made it to the top in the old days. Now it is the most woke.
Remember, the Woke Left had Pepe LePew banned.
Cause Chuck Jones eventually stopped Directing.
Lack of talent, original thought, and woke philosophies
Because they were expensive to produce, and the market for them dried up.
That particular cartoon offended the new witches in the 70s. Witches aren't always old and ugly and evil, they can also be young and beautiful and good. They ruined everything.

Political correctness.
When people return to the wisdom of universal principles and values and leave thoughts about selfishness, these kinds of cartoons revive.
Because they depict stereo types like ‘old Jewish people with big noses’ & the people racists call ‘negroes’ , Gypsies etc For centuries stereotypes have been normalized Now it’s all over; just remember rabbits don’t speak they make a peeping noise Etc Don’t fall for it
